I stumbled upon the place by accident. My car broke down, and I found myself stranded with very limited funds. Granted, the place is a bit rough looking, but that is to be expected during renovations . The owner welcomed me with a smile and went above and beyond what I expected to make my stay a comfortable one. Outside the dust one would expect during renovations, the room was clean and adequate. To my surprise ,being a woman and traveling alone, I felt safe staying there. I give the place 5 stars hands down. This place is definitely a gem.
We arrived at 2.30am, she gracefully gave us a later check out. We couldn't drive no more and the motel was right next to the freeway, cheap, clean, and such a comfortable bed. Very practical for people on a road trip.
Has everything you need, located in the best city around going off crime. The family that runs this place is very accommodating. I'd stay again, no complaints.
This place isn't the Hilton. It's cozy and the owners are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They have run this motel for many many years and I recommend this motel for those who don't need the spoils of today's accommodations. It's more for a quick night's rest when you're traveling and just need a little rest . The place is alright. I like the owners . They are very cool especially the wife.
